HOW WE DETERMINE YOUR PROGRAM

The ingredients used in our meal plans are based on the following food databases

This website’s content is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis. None of the meal plans or exercise programs should be performed or otherwise used without clearance from your physician or health care provider first. The information contained within is not intended to provide specific physical or mental health advice, or any other advice whatsoever, for any individual or company and should not be relied upon in that regard. We are not medical professionals and nothing on this website should be misconstrued to mean otherwise.

There may be risks associated with participating in activities mentioned on our site for people in poor health or with pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. Because these risks exist, you will not participate in any meal plans available from us if you are in poor health or have a pre-existing mental or physical condition. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such dietary activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

As with any exercise program you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of exercise program can cause injuries, and our programs are no exception. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done with poor form. Although thorough instruction is included on form for each exercise.

Be aware that our programs (like any other exercise program) do involve a risk of injury. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

We are not a medical practitioner. Our advice whether it be on our website, in our meal plans, exercise programs or via email coaching, none of it is meant as a substitute for medical advice. You must consult your doctor before beginning ANY meal plan or exercise program – no exceptions. You are using our plans, programs, workouts and coaching at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using our programs.

GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS

Although our products and services are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you implement the products and services from us correctly you should see amazing results, however it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from us it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

All the transformations and testimonials are real. However, it must be disclaimed that these testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results with our meal plans and workout programs. They are meant as a showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following our personalised meal plans and workout programs. Your results may vary, and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using our services due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication. The end results you get will depend upon the individual and how much effort you put in.

RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

All GGF nutrition plans, training plans and combo plans are only available via recurring monthly subscriptions (the only exception being challenges - see below). Your subscription covers the designing of your plans, access to them via the GGF app and website portal, monthly updates, email support, and entry into prize draws. You have access to all of the above as long as you have a current subscription and you lose access if you cancel your subscription, once your paid time runs out.

Your first payment is made when you sign up, and you are automatically charged again every month. Each monthly payment is charged on the same date of each month and same time of the day as your initial payment. So for example if you had signed up and made your initial payment at 1pm on the 7th of February, your next payment would be at 1pm on the 7th of March, and so on.

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by emailing support@goodguysfit.com. If you cancel, you will still have access to your current plans, the GGF app and portal, updates and email support until your paid time runs out. I'll reply to your email to confirm your cancellation and let you know when you're paid up until. The standard email response time is 24 hours, which means that you need to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid your next monthly payment being charged.

If you send your cancellation email less than 24 hours before your next monthly payment is due to go through, you will be charged for that payment in full and consequently have access to your current plans, the GGF app and portal, updates and email support until your (now updated) paid time runs out. If this situation occurs I'll reply to your email to let you know when you're paid up until.

Subscription payments are non-refundable and the only reason for a refund would be in a rare situation where I have made some sort of error that results in you being charged incorrectly (for example if you gave 24 hours notice of cancellation but your next monthly payment went through anyway). Forgetting to cancel your subscription and/or not accessing/using your plans are not grounds for a refund - it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if and when you want to.

CHALLENGE INFORMATION

GGF challenges run for a set period of time and are paid for in advance in one single payment. Your one-off payment covers the designing of your plans, access to them via the GGF app and website portal, plan updates at the half way point, email support, and entry into challenge-specific prize draws. You have access to all of the above for the duration of the challenge and you lose access to all of the above once the challenge ends (with the exception of the prize draws which may be conducted after the challenge ends).

All challenge payments are non-refundable. Because challenges are charged as one-off payments rather than subscriptions, no cancellation is necessary. You will have the opportunity to sign up for a monthly subscription after the challenge ends if you wish.
